Role Overview

We are searching for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) within the IT industry, preferably familiar with key technology vendors and infrastructure providers. The role requires in-depth understanding of hardware solutions and core knowledge of infrastructure data center build projects, encompassing engineering, construction, IT, and operations integration.

This role is pivotal in coordinating diverse functional teams to create clarity, align goals, and advance complex technical projects. The TPM acts as the link across disciplines, fostering trust, ensuring role clarity, and steering unified program success.

Balance between long-term strategic planning and hands-on problem solving is essential. The TPM will develop scalable processes and systems, yet also implement foundational workflows manually prior to automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multifaceted technical programs involving hardware, infrastructure, IT systems, and readiness for operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, operations, IT, and commercial teams to align on goals, schedules, cross-dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Structure complex workflows with clear program plans, defined success metrics, and actionable execution frameworks.
• Design and sustain repeatable, scalable processes balancing operational excellence with practical short-term methods.
• Recognize and govern risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues promptly.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to nurture trust, shared accountability, and transparent decision-making.
• Clarify roles and expectations to ensure team alignment with program objectives and deliverables.
• Bridge communication gaps by adapting technical information suitably to various audiences.
• Drive operational readiness by coordinating across technical and non-technical teams for deployment preparation.
• Track and communicate progress clearly using data and narratives to update leadership on status, decisions, and risks.
• Foster a culture emphasizing accountability and continuous team improvement during program execution.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of Technical Program Management experience within IT or technology vendor sectors.
• Direct experience managing hardware solutions, lifecycle processes, or hardware-dependent infrastructure setups.
• Knowledge of infrastructure construction projects, such as data centers, edge deployments, or network installations.
• Demonstrated success driving alignment across engineering and operations teams.
• Capability to impose structure and clarity on ambiguous, fast-evolving technical initiatives.
• Experience implementing scalable governance and workflows, comfortable starting with manual methods and evolving towards automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management proficiency.
• Strong strategic and tactical execution skills.
• Proven proficiency managing risks, dependencies, and comprehensive planning across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data center operations, cloud infrastructure, networking hardware, or original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management.
• Certifications or training in program management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, or Lean are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Technical knowledge related to IT infrastructure domains.
