About the Role

SIRIS APPS seeks an accomplished and adaptable Technical Leader to helm the development of web, mobile, and AI-driven products. The role combines product ownership with responsibilities spanning growth marketing and company representation. This leadership position in a dynamic startup environment demands a hands-on developer with strong execution skills, a growth-oriented mindset, and communication prowess to represent the company publicly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications from initial concepts through deployment.
• Design and architect scalable, maintainable system infrastructures.
• Incorporate AI and machine learning components into products where appropriate.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, system design, and technical best practices are maintained.
• Work closely with designers and product teams to develop user-centered solutions.
• Spot opportunities to leverage AI capabilities to enhance product value.
• Contribute actively to product growth strategies and marketing activities.
• Serve as the company’s ambassador at technology events, meetups, and meetings with investors or partners.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in developing applications for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong grasp of system architecture principles and building scalable backend systems.
• Experience with AI technologies including tools, APIs, or machine learning integration.
• Background in product development within fast-paced startup environments.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and growth tactics related to product promotion.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Startup-driven attitude encompassing ownership, rapid execution, and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel and serve as a public representative of the company.
