About the Role

Join a global leader dedicated to empowering your career growth and contributing to a better working world. This role involves leading technical implementations focused on Guidewire solutions including Portal and EDGE for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical streams on Guidewire deployment projects as the team technical lead.
  • Communicate and coordinate with onsite project coordinators.
  • Plan and track project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Coach and mentor team members throughout project execution.
  • Provide regular progress updates to management and onsite stakeholders.
  • Engage with client representatives as needed.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a culture that prioritizes quality.
  • Oversee performance management for direct reports aligned with organizational guidelines.
  • Promote teamwork and lead by example.
  • Provide training and development support to project staff.
  • Participate actively in organization-wide people initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational qualification of BE, B.Tech, or MCA with 7 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Must have skills in Guidewire Portal and EDGE technologies along with AngularJS and ReactJS frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Java 8+, JSON, REST APIs, JavaScript, and HTML.
  • Strong experience working with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic servers.
  • Hands-on knowledge in enterprise system integration, ideally within the Insurance domain.
  • Understanding of software development best practices.
  • Excellent business communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Prior exposure to Guidewire Portals and Insurance, preferably Property & Casualty, is essential.
  • Additional valuable skills include Git repository management, Guidewire certification, and familiarity with Template Design Patterns.
  • Preferred experience includes Guidewire Policy Center configuration, integration, and conversion projects, and client-facing roles.
