Position Overview

This role seeks a highly experienced Adobe Campaign Classic Architect to lead the strategic design, architecture, and deployment of comprehensive marketing automation solutions. The successful candidate will architect scalable campaigns, manage integrations, optimize system performance, and collaborate extensively with marketing, data, and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable marketing solutions and campaign architectures using Adobe Campaign Classic, incorporating data flows, workflows, and integrations.
• Design and execute cross-channel marketing approaches, including emails, SMS, and push notifications.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, enhance workflows, data schemas, delivery templates, and personalization capabilities.
• Craft custom JavaScript and SQL logic to fulfill advanced campaign needs.
• Integrate Adobe Campaign Classic with CRM, customer data platforms, data warehouses, APIs, and third-party marketing tools.
• Architect data models and governance policies to manage customer information and campaign data efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to translate business demands into technical solutions and guide developers and campaign managers on architectural best practices.
• Monitor and optimize campaign workflows, delivery, and performance while ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing technology or marketing automation roles.
• At least 8 years of hands-on expertise with Adobe Campaign Classic, including workflow design, data schema architecture, delivery management, and personalization.
• Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and knowledgeable in email deliverability best practices.
• Academic background with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or an equivalent blend of education and experience demonstrating significant achievements.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
