Role Overview

We are searching for a Senior Vice President (SVP) to lead our Global Construction efforts for hyperscale Data Center projects. This executive position is critical in driving the construction strategy and ensuring execution excellence across our worldwide portfolio, maintaining top-tier standards in safety, quality, scheduling, predictability, and cost efficiency. The SVP will oversee multiple concurrent projects spanning various clients globally.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Global Data Center Execution leadership team.
• Hold global accountability for pre-operations safety standards within Yondr.
• Lead Construction delivery worldwide from inception through operational phases for numerous simultaneous Data Center projects, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Manage global pre-construction activities including site due diligence, acquisition, and permitting.
• Oversee global utility execution processes from connection agreements through onsite energization.
• Direct the global commissioning programs, guaranteeing fully compliant deliveries aligning with stakeholder and customer requirements.
• Support pipeline development aligned with Yondr's five-year strategic plan.
• Collaborate seamlessly with key teams such as Design, Procurement, and Cost/Commercial to enhance project execution.
• Contribute to technical innovation by developing novel business strategies and refining the Yondr Data Center blueprint.

Qualifications and Experience

• Significant experience leading large-scale Data Center Construction projects globally.
• Proven expertise in building and managing international construction execution teams.
• Thorough understanding of the global construction supply chain, especially focused on Data Center construction and design-build projects, along with familiarity with global industry contract standards.
• Strong leadership capabilities to manage cross-cultural teams and foster productive external partnerships.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-disciplinary, and high-capital projects.
• Deep financial acumen linking technical decisions to budgetary and scheduling impacts.
• Experience in risk mitigation with superior organizational and communication proficiencies.
• Creative thinker capable of challenging conventional methodologies and driving innovation.
• Proficient with construction management software and related technological tools.
