Role Overview

This full-time position, located on-site in Palapye, involves the management and oversight of inventory levels, order tracking, and ensuring timely procurement and distribution. Responsibilities include analyzing supply chain data to find and address process inefficiencies, recommending cost-saving and service-related enhancements, and coordinating with vendors, internal staff, and logistics providers to maintain seamless operations. Additional duties encompass developing standard operating procedures, generating reports, and assisting with the design of supply chain strategies for client projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong foundation in Supply Chain and Operations Management.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and stock control procedures.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Analytical expertise in data interpretation and trend identification.
• Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related disciplines.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management platforms and competency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with close attention to detail while working on-site in Palapye.
• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles is advantageous.
