Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Executive at SuFin Ltd., part of the L&T Group, you will support purchase order (PO)-based fulfillment processes within the Operations department. The position is based at BKC, Mumbai, reporting to the Lead Supply Chain at L&T SuFin. This role involves coordination with buyers, suppliers, and single points of contact (SPOCs), ensuring accuracy in documentation, invoicing, and delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

• Log and manage buyer purchase orders and generate corresponding supplier orders.
• Monitor dispatch schedules, track deliveries, and collect proof of delivery (POD) documents.
• Validate supplier invoices and support in raising invoices for buyers.
• Organize and maintain filing systems and conduct follow-ups as required.
• Provide regular status updates and ensure the accuracy of related data.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong skills in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Effective communication skills coupled with disciplined follow-up practices.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and process-driven approach to work.
• Minimum four years' experience in operations, supply chain management, or order processing.
• Familiarity with GST invoicing processes is advantageous.
