Role Overview

As a Zizzi Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be a crucial member of the management team, leading by example and ensuring excellent service and restaurant operations. You will oversee critical areas such as the bar, food pass, and hosting during busiest periods and manage the whole restaurant during quieter times. Candidates who want to grow into leadership but are not currently in the role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations during calm periods ensuring smooth and safe service.
• Lead front-line activities during peak times with full accountability for the Pass, Bar, or Floor to maintain flawless service.
• Address guest concerns promptly with positive, solution-oriented outcomes.
• Inspire and mentor Front of House team members to enhance their skills and provide exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain meticulous standards of dish presentation, restaurant upkeep, and ambiance to create outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure the restaurant environment is safe, clean, and inviting for both staff and guests.
