Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer preferences to boost sales conversions.
- Oversee daily store functions, including merchandising and stock management.
- Network with the local community to attract new clientele.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions and promotional events to enhance market presence.
- Liaise with production units to guarantee timely product deliveries.
- Achieve revenue objectives consistently with a positive approach.
- Lead the store team towards operational excellence and motivation.

Candidate Profile
- Graduation degree preferred.

- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and guest handling abilities.
- Smart and confident demeanor with a self-motivated, sales-focused mindset.
- Comfortable with computer and billing operations.
