About the Role

The Store Incharge will oversee all facets of the parts store operations, ensuring efficient management of inventory, stock accuracy, and material movement. This role entails supervising a team to maintain seamless store function and coordination with various departments for timely availability and dispatch of parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities within the spare parts store.
• Maintain precise inventory data and stock levels within systems.
• Supervise the receipt and dispatch of spare parts effectively.
• Implement organized stock storage protocols, including labeling and bin placement.
• Conduct routine stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sales teams for availability and requisitions.
• Ensure dispatches are executed promptly for service teams or customers.
• Track inventory aging and manage slow-moving stock appropriately.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the store premises.
• Lead and mentor store staff including executives and assistants.
