Store Executive

Role Overview

AMO Connect is hiring for a Store & Logistic role based in Noida. The position is titled Store Executive and involves handling store operations, inventory, billing, and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee everyday store activities and keep operations running smoothly.
• Track stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records for electric bikes and accessories.
• Keep the showroom clean, well-arranged, and aligned with display and visual merchandising standards.
• Create invoices, log sales transactions, and refresh reports on a regular basis.
• Work closely with service and backend teams to support customer service and delivery workflows.
• Respond to customer questions, handle concerns, and manage follow-ups in a professional manner.
• Work toward monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain documentation and any additional reporting asked for by management.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations, logistics, or a closely related field is required.
• Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in retail, an automobile showroom, or store operations.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities are needed.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and billing software is expected.
• Experience coordinating between sales and service teams is important.
• The role requires the ability to perform well in a busy, fast-moving setting.
• Interest in the EV industry will be considered an advantage.
