Role Overview

This full-time, onsite Spot Boy position based in Noida involves supporting daily operational activities by preparing setups, arranging equipment and materials, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of workspaces to ensure they are ready for use.

The role requires assisting with the movement and placement of props or supplies as assigned, running errands within company premises, and offering general assistance to supervisors and colleagues to keep schedules on track. Responsibilities also include adhering to safety protocols, performing minor maintenance or housekeeping duties when necessary, and promptly responding to team members' instructions and requests.

Qualifications and Skills

• Capable of handling routine manual labor such as lifting, carrying, organizing materials, and upkeep of clean work environments.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and dependability, with an aptitude to follow directions precisely.
• Possesses basic communication skills for effective coordination with supervisors and team members to understand task demands.
• Available to work full-time onsite in Noida with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules as required.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt to diverse assignments, and maintain a respectful and cooperative demeanor.
• Prior experience in support roles, housekeeping, or as an assistant is advantageous but not essential.
• Minimum educational qualification is required.
