The Team

The Spa at Rosewood Abu Dhabi specializes in exceptional wellness experiences that rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit. Our team is committed to delivering attentive, personalized service while upholding superior luxury hospitality standards. Reporting to the Spa Supervisor, you will collaborate with therapists, recreation specialists, and wellness experts to ensure each guest enjoys a flawless and memorable spa experience from arrival to departure.

Role Overview

In the role of Spa Attendant, you will act as a vital link connecting guests to their spa experience. By providing attentive, anticipatory service and meticulous attention to detail, you will cultivate a serene and welcoming atmosphere throughout the spa, fitness, pool, and relaxation areas. Your responsibilities include preserving the spa's presentation and operational excellence while ensuring guests feel acknowledged, valued, and cared for throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer warm, professional, and tailored service that surpasses guest expectations across their spa journey.
• Address guest inquiries about spa treatments, wellness programs, fitness facilities, and resort options.
• Uphold impeccable cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and presentation standards in all spa and adjacent areas.
• Prepare, replenish, and present spa amenities, linens, towels, and guest supplies according to Rosewood standards.
• Escort and assist guests in the spa, fitness, and pool areas while anticipating their preferences and needs.
• Support spa operations by performing opening and closing tasks, conducting facility inspections, and reporting maintenance issues.
• Forge meaningful guest relationships by noting preferences and aiding in updating guest profiles to enhance future visits.
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience.

Candidate Profile

• A passion for wellness, hospitality, and crafting unforgettable guest experiences.
• Previous experience in luxury spa, wellness, resort, or hospitality environments with guest-facing roles.
• An eye for detail and pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Strong communication skills to professionally engage guests and offer informed recommendations.
• Ability to stay calm, composed, and solution-focused while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Effective team player who also performs well independently and supports colleagues as needed.
• Innate understanding of guest needs and proactive in enhancing their experience.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
