Role Description

As an AWS Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor to help customers design scalable, flexible, and highly resilient cloud and AI solutions that meet their strategic goals. You will collaborate with internal AWS teams to both push technical boundaries and improve AWS services, aiming to maximize customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to accelerate business results by recommending best practices in cloud computing and AI architecture tailored to their long-term objectives.
• Lead in-depth technical discussions to resolve complex issues, crafting solutions that are scalable, adaptable, and robust.
• Manage customer engagements with clear goals and defined success metrics.
• Develop and implement strategic plans by working with technical teams including Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, professional services consultants, and partners.
• Serve as a thought leader by educating communities through presentations, workshops, white papers, and blogs.
• Represent customer feedback to influence the development of new AWS features and services.

Work Environment

You will support a diverse client base across multiple sectors such as retail, telecommunications, and media, collaborating daily with leading technology professionals to challenge traditional approaches and design transformative cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of expertise in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, networking, security, or data analytics.
• At least 2 years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
• Over 10 years of IT development or consultancy within software or internet sectors.
• Preferred experience includes working in software or internet industries, migrating legacy systems to cloud environments, and hands-on knowledge of AWS from a development or operations viewpoint.
