Candidate Profile

• Preferably possess over four years of experience in software engineering; however, promising candidates with less experience may also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical initiatives or managing small teams.
• Strong ability to think at a system level and exercise sound technical judgment.
• Proficient in designing services, APIs, or distributed system architectures.
• Exhibit a high degree of ownership, adaptability to ambiguity, and excellent communication skills.
