About the Role

Eberle Studios is looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Content Manager to handle prominent client accounts. This position requires crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, producing newsletters, creating blog posts, and overseeing drip marketing initiatives. The ideal applicant should thrive on managing various projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and roll out social media marketing plans for both clients and Eberle Studios.
  • Create, coordinate, and maintain compelling content across social media channels, newsletters, blog articles, and drip marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with community committees and essential stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Analyze engagement data to refine and enhance content effectiveness.
  • Ensure a uniform brand tone and voice across all digital channels.
  • Work closely with the creative team on content generation and production tasks.
  • Keep abreast of current social media trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum education requirement is a High School diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications.
  • Strong storytelling and writing talent to produce engaging narratives.
  • Highly self-driven, organized, and capable of independently handling several campaigns at once.
  • Experience working with rural communities, rural businesses, or economic development projects is advantageous.
  • Basic skills in design, video editing, and photography will be considered an asset.

Position Information

  • This is a hybrid role requiring in-studio presence at least two days per week, with the rest being remote work.
  • Working hours range from 30 to 40 hours per week, adaptable depending on workload and candidate suitability.
  • Compensation is competitive and based on experience and portfolio quality; bonuses may be awarded.
