About the Role
Join the Hard Rock Cafe Orlando team as a Social & Digital Media Marketing Coordinator, where you'll oversee and cultivate content across multiple social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. This role emphasizes driving organic social growth, consumer engagement, and managing web content for both Hard Rock Cafe Orlando and Hard Rock Live Orlando.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and curate content for social media platforms while maintaining updated web pages and event listings.
- Lead initiatives to boost organic engagement and reduce promotional expenses through quality content and community management.
- Collaborate with marketing managers to coordinate Email Direct Mail campaigns and align web content with global brand standards.
- Manage social media creator and influencer partnerships to generate user-driven content.
- Provide live event coverage through photo, video, and live social interactions onsite.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with community comments, messages, and reviews with appropriate brand tone and escalation.
- Analyze and report performance metrics, optimizing social and mobile strategies using tools like Meta Business Suite and Emplifi.
- Extend marketing reach into external publications and online communities to enhance brand presence and SEO.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and crisis management in digital spaces.
- Support other marketing activities as needed across properties.
Requirements
The position requires experience with multi-platform social media management, strong content creation skills, proficiency in community engagement, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within marketing and operations teams. Familiarity with tools for email campaigns, social media analytics, and online reputation management is essential.
