About the Role
PB Partners, affiliated with the Policybazaar Group, is seeking dedicated professionals to enhance its SME Commercial Insurance team specializing in Non-Motor insurance products. The role offers a fixed salary up to INR 1,000,000 annually, complemented by attractive incentive structures. Candidates should ideally have a background in General Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand the SME Commercial Insurance portfolio focusing on Non-Motor insurance products.
- Drive business acquisition via direct client engagement, broker networks, and corporate partnerships.
- Manage underwriting and sales of Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, and additional non-motor insurance offerings.
- Develop and nurture enduring client relationships to ensure policy renewals.
- Adhere strictly to both company policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Commercial or Non-Motor insurance sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SME and commercial insurance product lines.
- Strong interpersonal communication and client relationship management capabilities.
- Professional experience should be within the General Insurance industry.
