Role summary
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day F&B and hospitality operations, coordinating projects, and handling client-facing work.
What you will do
- Oversee and track everyday cafeteria operations, including food and beverage service.
- Explain the product offering and respond to questions related to the HungerBox platform.
- Identify client requirements and work with city and central teams to ensure they are fulfilled.
- Handle site-level escalations with support from the operations team and see issues through to resolution.
- Conduct daily client interactions, share updates on changes implemented, and help strengthen client relationships.
- Manage food vendors effectively so they follow HungerBox policies and meet the expected service standards.
