About the Role

This position is within a restaurant owned and managed by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is licensed to use McDonald's branding and products but operates as a separate company and employer. Employment matters such as hiring, discipline, supervision, and scheduling are solely handled by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not have influence over these matters or access to application details.

As a Shift Manager, you will lead teams during shifts to deliver quick, accurate, and friendly service, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate shift activities, monitor team performance, uphold safety and security protocols, and help meet financial and operational goals. Communication and preparation between shifts are essential to maintain smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings
• Positive attitude and ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old for management roles at corporate-owned locations
