Role Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on AI Search integration.
• Develop and configure workflows aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Manage integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Maintain and configure ServiceNow objects such as Tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Pages, and UI Macros.
• Support platform upgrades through deployment and validation of patches and new versions.
• Develop using JavaScript frameworks and have practical experience with UI frameworks like Angular and React, including HTML and CSS.
• Implement cross-system integrations utilizing REST, GraphQL, or similar technologies.
• Lead teams effectively, foster people development, and oversee project governance.
• Ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow through architecture, scripting, integration, and tuning expertise.
• Manage stakeholder interactions with excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 4 years dedicated to ServiceNow platform delivery.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Demonstrated expertise in JavaScript and working knowledge of Angular, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid experience with ServiceNow scripting, integrations, ACLs, flow design, and scheduled tasks.
• Ability to manage and deploy ServiceNow updates and validate functionality post-deployment.
• Strong interpersonal skills including communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.
