Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing talent within the autonomy, robotics, and hardware domains. Your efforts will be crucial in assembling an exceptional team as AeroVect expands operations to major international airports.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top-tier professionals in a competitive talent market.
- Collaborate directly with AeroVect founders, engineering leads, and the principal recruiter to grasp hiring goals and tailor sourcing approaches accordingly.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates consistently.
- Ensure a comprehensive and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage creative sourcing strategies such as networking, hosting events, and targeted marketing.
Qualifications
- Over five years of recruiting expertise, emphasizing innovative talent sourcing methods.
- Established success in recruiting technical candidates specializing in robotics, autonomy, and hardware technology.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Prior experience working with rapidly scaling startup environments.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000 annually.
