Role Overview

The Senior Sales Officer role involves independently managing sales opportunities by offering tailored home solutions to customers with complex requirements, while consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand detailed customer needs.
• Recommend personalized home solutions balancing functionality and aesthetics.
• Prepare comprehensive quotations and proposals for customers.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial consultation to closing the sale.
• Effectively handle customer objections and negotiate terms.
• Foster strong relationships with repeat clients and referral sources.
• Mentor and assist junior sales employees as needed.
• Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Consistently achieve and strive to exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, especially in custom joinery or interior solutions domains.
• Ability to handle complex customer needs effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills and talent for relationship management.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
