Senior Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee all facets of assigned project operations in Riyadh. This role demands ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting stringent company standards while coordinating mobilization, monitoring progress, and managing stakeholder communications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct every phase of project operations to guarantee completion on schedule, within financial parameters, and according to quality benchmarks.
• Lead project mobilization efforts including preparation of initiation documentation, defining scope, setting deliverables, and resource planning.
• Continuously track project progress through each phase and adjust approaches as necessary.
• Detect risks and potential hurdles early; take corrective actions or escalate issues when appropriate.
• Deploy formal project controls and quality assurance measures to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
• Analyze lessons learned from current and previous projects to recommend process improvements and enhance project integrity.
• Work closely with stakeholders and sponsors to develop communication strategies ensuring clear and effective information flow and engagement.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 12 years of professional project management experience.
• Methodical and organized approach to planning and executing complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to evaluate risks for strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders from start to finish.
• Experience in formulating and applying project controls and quality assurance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and adept at stakeholder relationship management.
