Currently, as a private equity-supported company aiming for growth, Valiantys is investing heavily in client support and internal capability development. As part of this evolution, they seek a Senior Manager for Learning & Capability—a pioneering role focused on establishing essential strategies, systems, and methodologies that will enable employees, clients, and the business to prosper.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine a comprehensive global capability strategy that aligns with business goals and drives investment planning.
• Forge strategic alliances with senior executives, collaborating closely with the Chief AI Officer on AI fluency strategies and partnering across various departments such as Solutions, Change Management, and People & Culture.
• Lead initiatives related to AI fluency, transformation consulting, enterprise service management, software development life cycle, and leadership development, integrating learning with coaching, practice communities, and real-world application.
• Set up and manage the operating model of the capability development function; provide leadership to the Learning & Capability Manager; promote innovation and ongoing improvements.
• Oversee the development budget, establish governance structures, select appropriate learning technology platforms, and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Advocate for AI-enabled operational practices to simplify, automate, and enhance efficiency across the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing learning, capability, or talent development strategies within complex organizations.
• Comfort and skill in building new functional areas amidst ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Strong commercial insight linking capability initiatives to tangible business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership stakeholders effectively without direct managerial authority.
• Hands-on expertise in leveraging AI and technology tools to boost productivity.
• A combination of curiosity, resilience, and strong communication abilities.
