• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define solutions, troubleshoot advanced issues, and ensure software quality.
• Develop front-end integrations and user interface components with React.js as needed.
• Engage in code reviews, group technical discussions, and promote continuous development improvements.
• Mentor junior and peer developers and foster strong engineering methodologies.
• Own end-to-end projects guaranteeing system reliability, performance, and readiness for production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ professional experience in software development overseeing complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience in C# and .NET technology stack for enterprise applications.
• Proven capability in designing scalable software architectures.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of microservices and distributed system design.
• Experienced in working with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL database systems.
• Familiarity with React.js and contemporary front-end development standards.
• Capacity or potential to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
