About the Role
Join Pinnacles Civil as a Senior Asset Manager and spearhead major asset management projects across New Zealand. Choose your base from locations including Christchurch, Whakatāne, Tauranga, Hamilton, or Waihi. Pinnacles Civil is dedicated to delivering foundational infrastructure like roads, bridges, transport networks, and other vital civil assets to keep communities connected and thriving.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and technical leadership throughout the asset lifecycle across diverse civil infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with clients including local government, Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, and private sector partners to boost asset performance and value.
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic asset management plans tailored for civil infrastructure.
- Develop long-term asset strategies, lifecycle plans, and investment programming in partnership with clients.
- Conduct asset performance evaluations, condition assessments, and support risk-informed decision-making processes.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to asset performance, optimize life-cycle costs, and improve service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the civil engineering sector.
- Minimum five years specialized in asset management within civil engineering.
- Demonstrated success delivering asset management services on New Zealand civil infrastructure projects.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of New Zealand asset management frameworks, lifecycle planning, and infrastructure management methodologies.
- Proficiency with asset management systems such as RAMM, Juno Viewer, or other recognized platforms.
