About the Role
Join a major global financial institution in Dublin and take on a key role within a fast-evolving operations team specializing in securities business products. You will be entrusted with managing daily processing responsibilities for the Principal Paying Agency payments, playing a vital role in the smooth functioning of financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all currency cut-offs and daily operational deadlines.
- Input and verify value date payments and MT202, MT103 message details using internal systems.
- Handle funding entries and verifications for Principal Paying Agency transactions.
- Review registered and external depositary payments for accuracy.
- Maintain and verify Daily Tracking Sheets covering currency payments across multiple products.
- Monitor and track fund movements as part of the credit approval process.
- Validate additional claims and recall adjustments.
- Manage incoming queries through the team mailbox and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with issuers and clients regarding non-receipt of funds to facilitate value date releases.
Candidate Profile
- Background in operations with a solid grasp of financial securities and related practices.
- Experience in payment and cash processing functions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated excellence in client service.
- High attention to detail in all tasks.
- Organizational capabilities to work with precision under pressure and meet stringent daily deadlines.
- Ability to sustain high productivity even with variable workload volumes.
- Proactive in managing workflow effectively.
- Experience in agency, trust, or corporate trust operations is considered a plus.

This role belongs to the Operations - Transaction Services group, within Securities and Derivatives Processing. It is a full-time position based in Dublin, Ireland.
Salary range: €35,950 to €46,750 per year.
