Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned SAP Supply Chain Track Lead to join our Enterprise Systems team. The role involves leading and supporting the deployment, enhancement, integration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP Supply Chain solutions, primarily focusing on SAP Materials Management (MM) but also supporting related modules such as SAP IS-Retail, Warehouse Management (WM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain SAP Supply Chain solutions emphasizing SAP MM.
- Provide support for SAP IS-Retail, WM, and SD modules.
- Ensure seamless integration of Supply Chain processes with Finance and other SAP modules.
- Lead SAP implementations, system enhancements, and ongoing support operations.
- Translate complex business requirements into SAP system functionalities.
- Engage in business workshops and process-related discussions to align SAP solutions with business needs.
- Back end-to-end supply chain workflows and facilitate cross-module integration.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve functional issues, ensuring efficient troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to guarantee successful SAP system delivery.
- Support project delivery activities, system improvements, and enhancements.
- Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, delivering solutions that fit business and operational needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Extensive functional experience with SAP Materials Management (MM).
- Strong understanding of SAP IS-Retail, Warehouse Management, and Sales & Distribution modules.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations and cross-module system integration.
- Practical experience with SAP implementations, upgrades, and support tasks.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and devise effective SAP-based solutions.
- Proven troubleshooting aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and expertise in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is highly advantageous.
- Relevant SAP certifications are preferred.
