About the Opportunity

This role focuses on delivering extensive SAP S/4HANA transformation projects by leveraging deep SAP functional expertise and a consulting approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of SAP FTM solutions tailored for client businesses.
• Work closely with various teams to define business needs and design appropriate SAP FTM-based solutions.
• Offer technical assistance and conduct user training related to SAP FTM tools and processes.
• Analyze existing business workflows to identify optimization opportunities using SAP FTM capabilities.
• Create and update detailed configuration and workflow documentation for SAP FTM modules.
• Diagnose and fix challenges encountered during the SAP FTM rollout and operation phases.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Deep understanding of SAP FTM including material master data handling and procurement workflows.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP FTM modules.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively within teams under minimal supervision.
• Robust grasp of business processes, with skills to analyze and enhance operations through SAP FTM.

Eligibility is open to candidates who have completed any graduate degree. This role is based in Mumbai, India, with Capgemini maintaining multiple offices across India.
