Role Overview

LTIMindtree Limited is recruiting a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join their team in Gurugram, India. This role involves handling platform operations, campaign management, data segmentation, integration, and analytics within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment aligned with Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring data accuracy, optimal system functionality, and adherence to privacy standards.
• Create, implement, and monitor automated multichannel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications utilizing Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Manage customer data segments, develop target audiences, and apply personalization tactics leveraging AMP Script and SQL.
• Collaborate with IT and Sales teams to integrate SFMC with CRM Salesforce Core platforms and other third-party applications through API connectivity.
• Evaluate campaign analytics to extract insights, construct reports, and suggest measures to enhance user engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud B2C is essential.
