Sales Promoter - Pharmacy Retail

Job Overview

Join as a Sales Promoter or Wellness Executive in the pharmacy retail sector based in Hyderabad. This role involves promoting and selling wellness, over-the-counter (OTC), personal care, nutrition, and healthcare products within pharmacy outlets.

Key Duties

• Drive sales of wellness and healthcare products inside pharmacy stores.
• Interact with customers entering the store to suggest appropriate products.
• Meet or surpass daily and monthly sales goals consistently.
• Ensure products are displayed appealingly, maintain stock levels, and organize product shelves effectively.
• Clearly communicate product details, advantages, and ongoing offers to customers.
• Foster repeat business by building strong customer relationships.

Candidate Profile

• Educational requirements: minimum of 10th standard; intermediate or graduation preferred.
• Experience range: freshers to 3 years in sales promoting, retail sales, pharmacy or FMCG sales highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English are advantageous.
• Preference given to candidates with a background in pharmacy, FMCG, retail, or wellness sectors.

Compensation and Additional Details

Salary ranges between INR 20,000 and 25,000 fixed monthly, supplemented with incentives. Fresh candidates showcasing strong communication skills will be considered.
