Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Operation Executive to join our team at Alcolite India Road Safety Private Limited, based in Delhi-NCR. The role involves critical support functions for the sales department, including coordination, customer relations, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and monitor customer relationship management (CRM) systems efficiently.
- Conduct follow-ups on payments to ensure timely collection.
- Provide support to customers by addressing their queries and concerns.
- Handle inquiries effectively to facilitate the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver reports directly to the Managing Director (MD).
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 25,000 and 40,000 INR.
