Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads to grow customer base.
- Promote and sell MSME Business Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP).
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage sales activities through direct field operations and Distribution Sales Agents (DSA) channels.
Required Expertise
- Experience and knowledge in sales, especially loan product sales.
- Understanding of banking or non-banking financial company (NBFC) sectors.
