Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, who will lead the growth of our cybersecurity product portfolio across the Kingdom. This position involves frequent travel within Saudi Arabia. The role is full-time and reports directly to the Country Head. An ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in IT solution sales or consulting, specifically within cybersecurity and data protection. Familiarity with Saudi regulatory frameworks such as NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO data classification is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals for Zahf Technologies’ cybersecurity solutions targeting enterprise and government clients throughout Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through direct outreach, partners, and marketing leads.
- Lead consultative sales processes by identifying customer challenges related to data protection and aligning solutions with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare account plans, proposals, bills of quantities, and commercial responses to RFPs and tenders with presales collaboration.
- Deliver high-level presentations and product demonstrations to CISOs, IT directors, and compliance officers.
- Manage competitive positioning and coordinate technical proofs of concept and demos with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with channel partners and system integrators across the Kingdom.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, vendor meetings, and cybersecurity events.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of IT solutions sales experience, preferably with consulting or presales exposure.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software.
- Solid understanding of PAM, GRC, NOC, SIEM, DLP, data classification, and data governance concepts.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks including PDPL, NDMO, and NCA ECC/DCC-1.
- Experience selling to enterprise and government sectors within Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and proposal development skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
- Preference given to Saudi nationals in line with Saudization policies; however, exceptional non-Saudi candidates may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with PAM, GRC, NOC, SIEM, DLP platforms.
- Cybersecurity sales certifications or vendor-specific accreditations.
- Existing network with CISOs and IT decision-makers in Saudi enterprise and governmental sectors.
- Experience positioning security solutions for OT/SCADA environments.
