A Day in the Life
In the role of Sales Manager, you will spearhead sales activities and foster relationships with retailers and wholesalers within your assigned area. Your goal will be to increase sales revenue while maintaining brand standards for profitability and visibility by ensuring effective promotion and merchandise execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors to expand product offerings within your territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at dominant market presence and execute promotional initiatives with key partners.
- Manage sales forecasts and budgets to meet growth targets and ensure profitable business performance.
- Provide timely sales reports that include updates, pricing analysis, and other relevant market intelligence.
- Monitor and communicate insights concerning products, market trends, competitor activities, and promotional campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Have 4 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably within retail, wholesale, or distribution sectors.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exhibit strong English communication skills, essential for collaborating across APAC stakeholders.
