Overview
Join CPM UK's expanding team as a Sales Executive focused on boosting sales of leading soft drink and alcoholic ready-to-drink brands like Lucozade and Ribena within the grocery retail market. This role involves visiting major grocery chains such as ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Morrison's to promote products and ensure maximum shelf visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Call on grocery multiples within a dedicated territory including Elephant & Castle, Camden, Shoreditch, and nearby areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in stores to secure premium space for client products and promotional displays.
- Utilize company tablet technology to monitor stock levels, identify gaps, and optimize product availability and presentation.
- Participate in comprehensive sales and product training and collaborate with your field manager and team members to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Candidates may be new to sales or have prior experience in grocery retail.
- Motivated to take responsibility for an assigned territory and consistently deliver impactful results.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Possess a full UK driving license to support mobility across the assigned locations.
- Welcomes applicants with customer service backgrounds, FMCG retail experience, or graduates eager to develop a career in sales.
