Role overview
Qreators is hiring a Sales Executive for its Doha, Qatar office. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on winning new business for agency offerings such as branding, digital marketing, content, UI/UX, and web/mobile app development.
What you will do
- Reach out to prospects through cold calling and direct outreach.
- Identify, evaluate, and convert fresh leads into opportunities.
- Present the agency’s services persuasively and drive deals through to closure.
Requirements
- You must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Prior sales or business development experience is required, ideally within a creative agency, marketing, or technology services setting.
- You should be comfortable prospecting, qualifying leads, selling consultatively, and closing business.
- It is important to understand how to position services across branding, digital marketing, content, UI/UX, and web/app development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities are essential, including the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
- You need to thrive in a target-oriented environment and use performance data to improve outcomes.
- A collaborative approach is expected so you can work effectively with creative, design, and technical teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
- You must be eligible to work on-site in Doha and be available to meet clients and attend local events when required.
Compensation
The role offers a base salary plus commission based on closed deals.
