Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience in the tiles, granite, marble, sanitaryware, or building materials sectors. Preference will be given to candidates with showroom or construction materials industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management. Proficiency in understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate products is essential. The role also requires regular interaction with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to promote our product range. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and quotation preparation, are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and drive showroom sales.
• Develop and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
• Conduct regular visits to architects and interior designers to showcase company products.
• Prepare detailed quotations and follow up with clients to finalize sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers in choosing the right tiles, granite, and related items.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service and foster long-term customer loyalty.
