RISE Graduate Development Program

Overview

The RISE Graduate Development Program by RwandAir is a pioneering two-year accelerated training initiative aimed at recent graduates and emerging professionals. This structured program provides comprehensive exposure across essential departments such as Human Resources, IT, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial sectors of the airline. Its core mission is to nurture local talent and establish a lasting talent pipeline that aligns with the nation's growth and transformation objectives.

Candidate Prerequisites

• Must hold Rwandan nationality.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree with First-Class Honours in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related aviation disciplines; alternatively, a Master's degree with Second Class Upper Division Honours in aviation-related fields is acceptable.
• Demonstrate strong command of English with verifiable proficiency.
• Achieve minimum scores of 6.5 in IELTS Academic or 85 in TOEFL iBT (Academic).
• Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Exhibit leadership qualities, a proactive growth-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Express a genuine passion for the aviation sector.
• Available and willing to relocate or travel based on program requirements.
