Position Overview

We are seeking a Revit Designer to join our Water team, contributing to Revit and MEP design efforts for water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and municipal facilities. Primarily based in Puyallup, Washington, this role offers some flexibility for a hybrid work schedule depending on team integration, projects, and experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within the BIM department alongside skilled CAD and Revit designers and engineering experts.
• Create and maintain comprehensive 3D BIM models for water/wastewater treatment infrastructure and pump stations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts including mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering to ensure integrated and consistent design models.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Revit Designer.
• Capability to manage Revit models that include mechanical, structural, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with Revit/BIM coordination practices, modeling techniques, and documentation standards.
• Strong detail orientation, eagerness to learn, and ambition to develop advanced Revit/BIM technical expertise.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary ranges between $75,000 and $90,000 USD, determined by education, experience, location, and role specifics. As employee-owners, team members are eligible for performance-based bonuses, with regular salary reviews conducted annually.
