Role Overview

Our Buildings team in New Zealand delivers comprehensive project services—from initial feasibility and design phases through to construction, commissioning, and operation. We focus particularly on mission-critical facilities including data centers and healthcare buildings, leveraging expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, fire, electrical, structural, and sustainability engineering. We prioritize user-focused design solutions.

In the role of Revit Designer, you will contribute significantly to the digital delivery success by expanding your technical knowledge and accepting increasing responsibilities within the team. Your daily activities will range from preparation and management of Civil and Building Services drawings to development of digital models and documentation, while collaborating closely with both internal and external design teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of New Zealand Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD and Revit software along with digital delivery techniques tailored to building services projects.
• Demonstrated capability to apply and maintain rigorous quality systems, enhance project coordination, and reduce the incidence of rework.
• Strong leadership aptitude including mentoring and technical coaching of peers.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working on building services within digital delivery environments, incorporating leadership or mentorship roles.
