Primary Duties
- Offer outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer satisfaction and going beyond their expectations.
- Assist the Store Manager by applying your retail knowledge toward the daily operations of the store.
- Work well within a team, maintaining cooperation and harmony with colleagues.
- Pay close attention to safety standards and accuracy, especially in merchandising, managing inventory, and stock control.
- Be adaptable to varied work hours, including weekend shifts and overnight duties.
Candidate Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
- Capability to confidently operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash handling with precision.
- Effective communication skills coupled with a strong team spirit.
- Availability for shifts scheduled across all seven days of the week, inclusive of weekends and overnight periods.
