Compensation and Employment Details

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence to deter crime and theft.
• Monitor individuals suspected of unpaid merchandise and approach them appropriately.
• Accurately document incidents of theft and security breaches.
• Oversee premises access control and respond promptly to emergency situations.
• Execute safety and security tasks with professionalism and integrity.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and necessary documentation for all security events.
• Detect potential security threats and respond effectively.
• Provide exemplary customer service to clients, customers, and facility users.
• Manage emergency responses and involve law enforcement when necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Genuine interest in protecting assets and maintaining safety.
• Ability to remain standing throughout the shift duration.
• Prior experience in retail security is advantageous.
• Effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Open to attending training sessions and skill enhancement meetings.
• Capable of independent work without close supervision.
• Commitment to enforcing site protocols to deter theft.
• Experience with apprehending and detaining shoplifters is a plus.
• Certification in the use of force is considered beneficial.
