Role Overview

The Retail Merchandiser ensures that the company’s products are optimally displayed, well-stocked, and presented professionally in all retail partner locations. This position is vital for boosting brand exposure, enhancing the shopper experience, and driving product sales through excellent in-store execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange, maintain, and periodically update product displays, shelving, and planograms according to brand standards to maximize customer attraction and engagement.
• Track stock levels at assigned retail stores, identify replenishment needs, and collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure product availability, reducing out-of-stock instances.
• Execute promotional campaigns by setting up and managing displays, POS materials, and seasonal merchandising activities timely and accurately.
• Regularly visit stores to conduct audits verifying pricing accuracy, display compliance, shelving placements, and stock status while benchmarking against competitors.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with store managers and retail personnel to gain advantageous display placements and promote sales initiatives.
• Monitor competitor merchandising actions, pricing tactics, and new product launches, collecting market insights and reporting consumer trends and display performance, including photographic evidence.
• Keep detailed records of store visits, merchandising efforts, and field reports, and perform additional tasks as assigned by management to meet company goals.
