Relationship Manager - Insurance

Position Overview

Merloam Estates is seeking a Relationship Manager specializing in insurance to join their team in Guntur or Vijayawada. This role requires a male candidate who is an immediate joiner with at least two years of experience and fluency in English and regional languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture robust relationships with current clients and potential customers.
• Promote and facilitate EMI financing solutions to support the acquisition of insurance products.
• Collaborate with insurance advisors and conduct periodic visits to client branches.
• Offer comprehensive support to insurance advisors and agents to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in frequent travel throughout the state to conduct client meetings and drive business growth.
• Organize and deliver timely product training sessions for essential stakeholders.
• Maintain active communication channels with zonal and regional leadership to fortify business partnerships.
• Consistently meet assigned sales goals and all related key performance indicators (KRAs).

Requirements

• Must be a male candidate with a minimum of two years' experience in a related role.
• Any graduate qualification is acceptable.
• Proficient communication skills in English and regional languages are essential.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the state.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from 28,000 to 45,000 INR take-home pay.
• Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) coverage, incentives, and travel allowances.
