About the Role
Join our Commercial Banking team dedicated to supporting medium to large businesses in South East Queensland as a Relationship Executive specializing in Management Letting Rights (MLR). You will manage a portfolio of clients with borrowing between $5-20 million, providing comprehensive business and banking solutions including cash flow management, capital advice, wealth strategies, risk controls, and investment counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships within an existing established client base, focusing on the MLR sector and diversified industries.
- Drive client acquisition and develop further opportunities with new and current customers.
- Apply expert knowledge of banking products to deliver tailored and innovative solutions.
- Utilize financial analysis and credit expertise to assess business financials and underlying cash flow dynamics.
Candidate Profile
- Experience managing and leading a successful commercial banking portfolio with lending volumes exceeding $3 million.
- Strong understanding of a broad range of banking products and services.
- Proficient in credit assessment and financial document review, capable of understanding cash-flow drivers.
- Excellent relationship building with a focus on client service and driving new business growth.
