Compensation Details

  • First-year earnings averaging €45,000 or more.
  • Year two earnings increasing to €65,000 plus.

Candidate Profile

  • At least two years’ management experience within hospitality roles such as assistant manager, restaurant manager, reservations supervisor, front office manager, or guest services.
  • Proven career progression is essential.
  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree or other tertiary qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Legal right to work in Ireland with an EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.
  • Ability to commute to Dublin 2 on weekdays for a full-time onsite role.
