Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent using platforms like social media, job portals, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Perform initial resume and cover letter screenings to shortlist qualified candidates for open roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and furnish them with potential candidate lists.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates through to onboarding.
• Maintain effective and timely communication with both hiring teams and candidates during the recruitment process.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 5 to 10 years of experience in IT recruitment or comparable domains.
• Have a solid grasp of technical skill requirements across various IT roles.
• Exhibit strong communication skills for clear coordination between hiring managers and candidates.
• Be capable of working autonomously under minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines.
