About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiter to support hiring efforts within a construction and contractor-focused organization located in Denver, Colorado. This contract position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously, building robust candidate pipelines, and collaborating closely with hiring teams to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes. The candidate should possess a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and coordinating talent acquisition activities across all stages of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, starting from initial intake discussions and sourcing strategies to offer management and onboarding assistance.
• Establish and sustain solid pipelines of candidates using direct outreach, job boards, referrals, and other channels to find talent with suitable experience.
• Work in partnership with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align recruitment efforts with organizational priorities.
• Conduct applicant screening to evaluate experience, qualifications, and fit prior to moving candidates forward in the interview process.
• Coordinate interview schedules, monitor candidate progression, and consistently communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records within the applicant tracking system to ensure transparency, compliance, and visibility of activities.
• Effectively manage requisitions to meet the demands of high-volume hiring and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Keep abreast of market trends and talent pool availability to enhance sourcing methods and optimize hiring results.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment involving multiple openings simultaneously.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing with a strong focus on proactive outreach and developing talent pipelines.
• Background in corporate recruiting, particularly in dynamic, fast-paced, or high-demand hiring scenarios.
• Capability to handle high recruitment volumes while maintaining strong organizational and detail orientation skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and best practices for documenting recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with candidates, hiring managers, and functional teams.
• Demonstrated strong time management skills to efficiently prioritize workload within a contract engagement.
